Our brief for the visual identity was to capture the essence of ‘Milligan Magic’. Through years of collaboration with the client team on The Mailbox, a ground breaking development in Birmingham, we learnt that they think outside of the box. Embracing this philosophy, Holmes Wood created a window within the logo marque enabling Milligan to showcase their work and way of thinking and inviting customers to discover more.

The identity was rolled out over various brand touchpoints including business cards, stationery, and the website.
