Holmes Wood are delighted to celebrate the opening of Battersea Power Station. We have been working on the scheme since 2014, delivering wayfinding and graphic design across retail, residential and the wider public realm. Drawing on the iconic history and materiality of Battersea Power Station, we centred our wayfinding system around the concept of ‘Fusion,’ developing a product and graphic language that referenced the grid and proportions of the celebrated Power Station and delivered a historical and informative wayfinding experience.

Commenting, Louise King, Director, Holmes Wood said: ‘We’re delighted to see Battersea finally opening to the public. It has been a fascinating project to work on, combining the heritage of an iconic London site with the drive to create something new and fresh. We congratulate the Battersea Power Station team and their partners on a wonderful achievement.’
