An integrated wayfinding strategy for the newly reopened IWM London, which included a review of nomenclature and tone of voice, as well as the design of all components of the internal and external scheme. We developed the information graphics across the Museum including upgrading the existing set of pictograms for use across the scheme, as well as designing the printed map.

The design of the scheme translates the brand concept of 'Forces of War' into a physical form and through the information graphics. The design is modular and flexible to allow the Museum to update content easily when required as well as to promote current and upcoming exhibitions.
