A traditional pub just behind Sadlers Wells in North London needed a new identity. We have used a friendly illustrated character of a Harlequin as the mark to give the pub the warm identity it deserves. The character of Harlequin – or ‘Arlecchino’ – originated in the Commedia dell’arte, the improvised theatre of 16th century Italy. www.harlequinpub.co.uk
