Design Assembly
One of our designers, Ian Moore contributed regularly to the design and culture blog, `Design Assembly` since it launched in 2008. To celebrate its third anniversary and to serve as a permanent record after closing down – they produced a book collecting the best articles from the site, with new commissions from leading designers. All profits from
this book will be split between three
cancer charities.

Christmas Party 2011
Christmas Elves Lucy & Eileen did a great job of organising this years Christmas Party which was held in Berlin! With a little bit of help from some glühwein we were able to fight off the cold and spread festivity with the gift of song!

Kitching`s Concise Letterpress Typography Workshop
Lucy attended a two day course on the fundamentals and details of typography, explored using letterpress equipment, and taught by Alan Kitching. It was just wonderful to be back working with metal type, ink and presses. If you want to work with an utter genius and the lovely John and Ross, book your place.

The 3 Yorkshire Peaks are conquered by an Awesome Team
Nine fabulous people walked the 3 Peaks in Yorkshire to raise money for The Bounce Trust. 25 grueling miles in wild wild weather. Fundraising for cystic fibrosis is at £3600 so far...Visit our Just Giving page or the Bounce website for more information!

Race For Life 
The Holmes Wood team ran the race for Life in Battersea Park last night for the 4th year in a row. Running to raise money for a fantastic cause with the likes of Paula Radcliffe and Neil McAndrew was a real treat.

We joined the rest of the country in the Royal Wedding excitement.
Celebrating at various locations in the country including Hyde Park and Anglesey we managed between us to be interviewd by ITV and BBC Radio! What a perfect day, congratulations to our Royal Family.

The only good time for a cheque to `Bounce`! 
Cystic Fibrosis is a cause close to our hearts. Lucy is a trustee of The Bounce Trust and part of the team raising money. Yesterday Bounce handed over a cheque for £50,000 to the Royal Brompton Hospital! Keep up-to-date with progress on facebook.

We used our pumpkin today to feed the studio. Risotto and pie. Thanks to Matteo and Amy our fantastic chefs! Absolutely delicious.

West Sussex 
This year is no exception to the fabulous pumpkin displays from this National Trust village. We have been given another pumpkin and will try to make it go as far as last years. Matteo kicks off with a pumpkin risotto!

`Bouncing` off the walls!
The Bounce Trust held it`s first main event at the gorgeous Garden Museum. A fabulous and truly successful evening! Huge thanks to everyone who has donated money to this charity, we have managed to raise over £50,000! Special thanks to Kirstie and Henry Allsopp who, as the auctioneers, brought out warmth and generosity in everyone.

Bounce cocktail testing
As the Bounce Autumn Auction is approaching, we all tickled our tastebuds last night to try and find the perfect cocktail in the Bounce corporate colours – cyan and purple. We tried about five types and this was our perfect result... it`s on brand and tastes great.

Student visit 
Students and tutors from the environmental design course at the American University of Kuwait visited our studio. We gave them an insight into a typical day here (cakes and biscuits provided!) and they gave us an insight into university life and learning in Kuwait.

Blank Canvas Event 
An ambitious event organised by Design students at Ravensbourne College which asked different designers to customise random items for a silent auction. We were sent a pink dog basket which we turned into a clock, titled ‘Pause’.
